I keep hearing about people using AI for interview prep—everything from practice platforms to AI coaches that generate feedback in real time. On the other side, employers are also using AI to screen candidates and even conduct video interviews.
A few questions for the group:
Have you tried using AI for interview preparation? Did it give you useful insights?
How do you feel about companies using AI to judge candidates? Fair or risky?
Do you think AI tools can actually replace human feedback?
